About the place

This historic house in the countryside is the place to start. it is a spacious house with an even more spacious backyard (50x40m) without direct neighbors.
I lived here for years with a good friend, but he is moving in with his girlfriend. 
I am looking for a working roommate who wants to cook dinner together and hang out occasionally, but also gives and is given space to do his own things.
