Looking for a cozy, fully-furnished room? A bright 15m² room on the first floor with a lovely view is becoming available in the charming town of Houten! Thanks to its three large windows, the room has an open, airy feel. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, including a luxury bathroom with a Grohe rain shower, a fridge-freezer, a brand-new Bosch washing machine, a garden with a lounge set, and ample storage space. You’ll be sharing with three friendly, responsible female students aged 20 to 24.

The room will come fully furnished with new laminate flooring, freshly painted walls, a new Ikea Malm bed, and a Brimnes wardrobe, ready for you to move in comfortably.

The monthly rent is €635, which includes all utilities (gas, water, and electricity), municipal taxes, and service charges.

We’re looking for a considerate, calm tenant who values a peaceful environment. Respect for the neighborhood is important to us, as the house is located in a residential area.

The house is conveniently close to the center of Houten, with easy access to Utrecht’s universities and colleges, either by bike or public transport. Utrecht’s city center is just a 12-minute train ride away.

In the house, you’ll share a fully-equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, an oven, and a fridge, along with the bathroom, with the other three residents.
