About the place

As of januari 1st, 2025, a bedroom in my home will become available after 2 years of being inhabited by a housemate who is moving to his own home.  I am therefore looking for a new roommate.  I myself am also not present every day and as in my new roommate I am looking for someone who is working, neat, hygienic, independent, responsible, who takes well care of themselves and reliable.  In addition to the bedroom, the resident may also share the bathroom(washingmachine, wasdryer) and kitchen(equipped with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave) .  Including gas, water and light, TV in the room, internet.  garden shed For bike storage. Within walking distance of the bus stop and the shopping center.  Free parking and by car within 15 minutes at Schiphol. The room is only available for 1 person.
