Includes a PVC floor, built-in loft bed, extractor hood, gas stove and refrigerator. You have your own shower and kitchen. The toilet is shared with one housemate. Most residents are working people and everyone lives quite independently. The studio is located on the second floor. Ideal if you are looking for a cosy private spot. The studio is available from October 1st. Viewing appointments can be scheduled with the current tenant after expressing interest.
