Room is about 16 m2 with private kitchen and bathroom shared with two other tenant. It is second floor of 3 floor house. Location is very center of Hilversum (not Amsterdam), everything is in the walking distance. It is fully furnished, room has comfortable bed (it is double bed when you open), dark curtains, wardrobe, office desk and chair, book shelve. Kitchen has all equipment's included. You have all you need to live in this place. You only need to bring your cloths and personal staff. Quite location and house to sleep as we are keeping quite between 10 pm and 7am. This is very important for us. Price is all inclusive: electric + gas + water + fiber glass fast wireless internet (1000 mbs) + local taxes + using washing machine + once a two weeks cleaning at shared areas. Quite and clean place to live. It is new house and has good isolation and heating system. Energy label is A. 500 eur deposit is required. One month notice period is required in case of leaving. Location is 5 minutes walk to the Hilversum main train station, 20 minutes to Amsterdam by train, 15 minutes to Utrecht by train. Supermarket and grocery shop at the corner. Shops, restaurants and bars are within the few minutes walking distance. Minimum period of stay is 1 month. Address registration is possible with minimum 3 months stay.
