Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher

Large balcony with a grill – perfect for warm evenings

Rental contract directly with the landlord

Registration (Anmeldung) is possible

🧾 Details:

Rent: €820/month, including utilities and internet (taxes not included)

Deposit: 1 month’s rent

Contract valid until June 24, 2026 – with the option to extend every six months

No agency or commission fees

A calm, responsible person

No weed smoking

No parties – it’s a family house, and we respect the quiet atmosphere
