About the place

This cozy 10m³ room is now available in the center of Hilversum. You'll share the living room, bathroom, kitchen, and patio with one roommate. A washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher are already included, so that'll save you a lot of worrying later on :). The train station is a 5-minute walk away, and both Utrecht and Amsterdam are a short 20-minute drive. The price excludes energy and taxes, approximately €70.
A two-month deposit, or €1500, is required in advance.

I'm looking for a roommate between the ages of 18 and 25 who is responsible but also enjoys socializing. I'm a fashion student myself, so I'm always creative. Therefore, I think it would be great to live with another creative person.
