- Flexible contract (if you want to move out, the landlord is super nice), registered possible.
- Partially furnished (with sink, wardrobe). Priority is given to those who don't have furniture because I will sell the furniture at a reasonable price 💝 (mattress/office table/chair/electric stove/closet all for 100e)
- 975e/month incl. Available from December 2024 or 1100e/month included everything if you hire as a couple.
