About the place

A spacious (20sqm) room is available in the center of Hilversum (Dirk, gym across the street, Hilversum train station 3 minutes on foot). 
The apartment itself is furnished, however except the built-in closet and the TV stand all furnitures are mine in the room, and I am ideally looking for a tenant who would be willing to buy them off me as I’m moving out of the country. 
You would have one flatmate, Emory, and the only request he has regarding the new tennant is that you are LGBTQ-friendly. His room is right below yours, the apartment is two-story, so you will have plenty of privacy.
