About the place

Hi there, I have a spacious room in my large house (130m2) available for rent. Available for one person only, no couples! Unfortunately only available for a woman. 

Would you like to live in Hilversum? A room comes available in my decent house. It takes about  7 minutes by bike to Hilversum city center and the train station (train to Utrecht 14 minutes, to Amsterdam 20 minutes). 
Right across the street is a bus stop. 
 
The room that is for rent  is 14m2, with a high ceiling and large windows. The room looks smaller on the picture than it is in reality. 

The shared spaces (already furnished) consist of:
- ground floor: garden, toilet, (living) kitchen and shed for the bicycle / scooter, living room with dining table and tv
- first floor: bathroom, with bath, separate shower and toilet, washing machine, dryer and the bedrooms.

Free use of washing machine and dryer.

I work a couple of days a week from home. 

There's enough free parking in the street, the bus stop is around the corner, as is a small supermarket and a forest.

I'm looking for a quiet person, (working) student or intern. Minimum rental term is four months, maximum is six months (due to return partner).  Student registration is mandatory due to changed law.
