About the place

Dear everybody,
As I am moving out very soon, I am looking for a person to take over my room. My room is a beautiful, spacious, 14 square metre room located on the first floor. It has three built in cabinets for you to store all your stuff in and a window overlooking the garden. 
The house is a lovely home, located in Hengelo, next to the F35 for easy travel to the university and Hengelo or Enschede city centre. It is very close to two parks, incredibly close to two Lidl supermarkets (2 min walking and 7 minutes walking), and also close to the train station (5 minutes biking). We currently live here with 5 students from the Netherlands, Germany, England and Spain, who each have their own studies, hobbies and busy personal lives. But, although we don’t have any forced activities together, we still get along great! :)
The rent of the house is split over the house depending on the room size, but equal parts of the shared spaces, such as the hallway, basement, living room, kitchen and our two bathrooms (€303). The utilities are split evenly over all housemates (€93). The deposit of the room is €300.
