We have one fully furnished room available for rent in our house in Hengelo. The house is conveniently located close to the city center, just a 15-minute walk away. 
Hengelo train station is about a 5-minute bike ride from the house. Additionally, there is a bus stop within 100 meters, with buses taking approximately three stops to reach the train station, providing easy public transport connections to Hengelo train station and Enschede.

Rent: €745 per month (all-inclusive).
This includes utilities, all the furniture in the house, and a private fridge for your use. The house is equipped with a coffee machine, water boiler, oven, microwave, dishwasher, sandwich iron. There is also a new laundry machine, and a new dryer.

House Features:

The house has a total area of 119 m².
You will share the house with the two owners and one other roommate, making a total of four people living together.
On the first floor, there is a toilet, a spacious open kitchen, a couch, and a dining table. There is also a small garden that can be used to store a bike.
The second floor consists of the bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The bathroom features two sinks, a toilet, and a large shower.
The available room is fully furnished with a bed, a closet, a desk, and a chair.

Shared Facilities:
Open kitchen, living room, garden, and two toilets are shared by four people.
The bathroom (shower) is shared by two people (you and the other tenant).
