About the place

Hey, I'm moving out of my room here soon, and am looking for someone else to take over. It is situated near the centre of Hengelo with good connections to public transit, and about a 20 minute bike ride from the UT campus. 

It's about 10 m² and on the ground floor. The kitchen and bathroom are both upstairs and shared with all but one other tenants. The house has a backyard which has plenty of space to park your bike. There is no need for an interview, though the landlord does need to approve.

I am leaving the (loft) bedframe, 140x200cm, alongside a closet/cabinet, up for sale if you want to take these over.
