Are you looking for a cozy living space in Hengelo? Then this spacious attic room might be perfect for you!

The room can be reached via the staircases at the garden/back door, and you'll share the bathroom, toilet, kitchen, and living room with the current residents. The kitchen is modern, renovated two years ago, and equipped with a dishwasher. You can also use the washing machine and dryer, making your daily routines even easier.

The house is located in a quiet street, less than a 5-minute walk from a shopping center for your daily needs. Public transportation is also easily accessible: the bus stop ('t Wilbert Oost) is a 5-minute walk away with direct connections to Hengelo Central, the University of Twente, and Enschede Central. Additionally, Hengelo city center is only a 15-minute walk away.

It's a laid-back house, we sometimes have dinner together or hang out in the living room but we have no obligations (except weekly cleaning) and like to do our own thing.

I am looking for a calm, responsible lady that likes hanging out with me  but also likes to do their own thing.
