Are you looking for a cozy living space in Hengelo? Then this spacious attic room might be perfect for you (mattress, bedding and extra closet space included)!

The room can be reached via the staircases at the garden/back door, and you'll share the bathroom, toilet, kitchen, and living room with the current residents. The kitchen is modern, renovated two years ago, and equipped with a dishwasher. You can also use the washing machine and dryer, making your daily routines even easier.

The house is located in a quiet street, less than a 5-minute walk from a shopping center for your daily needs. Public transportation is also easily accessible: the bus stop ('t Wilbert Oost) is a 5-minute walk away with direct connections to Hengelo Central, the University of Twente, and Enschede Central. Additionally, Hengelo city center is only a 15-minute walk away.

We are a laid-back house, we sometimes have dinner together or hang out in the living room but we have no obligations (except weekly cleaning) and like to do our own thing.

We are looking for a calm, responsible lady that likes hanging out with us but also likes to do their own thing.
