About the place

Two rooms in our shared house are available to rent, starting from October 1st.

Room 1: Second floor, 12 sqm (The one you see in this listing)
Room 2: Third floor, 20 sqm

Both rooms have basic furniture and internet. The Kitchen is fully equipped and, along with the bathroom, laundry room, and living room, is shared among the tenants.

The house is a 10-minute walk to the main train station, a 1-minute walk to multiple grocery stores (Jumbo, AH, Aldi)

There will be a total of 5 tenants in the house, some are students and some are working. Currently, 1 male and 2 females.

We are looking for an individual who, besides the financial guarantees, is clean and is compatible with the rest of the tenants, and helps us maintain a friendly and warm environment.
