About the place

Hello house seekers,

There is a room available in a shared apartment in Hengelo (about 17 mins cycling to the UT, 6 mins from city centre). The bedroom itself is about 6 m2 with a loft bed available as well as a wall cabinet. The room is small, but cozy and well isolated. The price per month is €240, available from the 1st of August! Utilities like gas, water, electricity and internet are usually around €60. The loft bed frame with a desk is included, the desk is not present in the photo.

The living room is cozy, spacious, and we have some plants there. The kitchen is small but well equipped and we keep it tidy. The place has a washing machine and a shower room with a separate toilet.

It is a shared house with 3 total housemates, where Bert (29 y.o.) and I, Grigory (21 y.o.) will stay. We would like to have a non-smoking person who intends to live here for a period of at least 1 year.
