About the place

Hello house seekers,

There is a room available in a shared apartment in Hengelo (about 17 mins cycling to the UT, 6 mins from city centre). The bedroom itself is about 6 m2 with a loft bed available as well as a wall cabinet. The price per month is €240, available from the 1st of February! Utilities like gas, water, electricity and internet are €60. The mattress, loft bed frame and a desk chair are included.

The living room is cozy, spacious. The kitchen is small but well equipped and we keep it tidy. The place has a washing machine, a bathroom and a shower.

It is a shared house with 3 total housemates, where I am leaving and Bert (29 y.o.) and Mike (26 y.o.) will stay. We would like to have a non-smoking person who intends to live here for a longer period of at least 1 year. Students are also welcome!
