About the place

Looking for a tidy, easygoing tenant for a furnished attic room in a terraced house at Molstraat, Helmond. The room is on the top floor (attic) and will come with a bed, work desk and a small wardrobe. I’m reorganizing the furniture, so what you see in the photos may be replaced with new items.

The house is conveniently located near the train station and it only takes around 20 mins by train to reach Eindhoven Central.

Period: 1 Sept – 28 Feb (short term only)

Looking for: Someone respectful, clean and quiet. No smoking inside, no pets (sorry).
