About the place

Two rooms are available in a lovely shared house in Helmond! The house has a professional and fun atmosphere. You would be joining two friendly international female housemates in their mid 20s who work/study. There no mandatory social events, but everyone is open for social interaction. 

We all have a spacious bedroom (9,1 m2) and large private work space (7,3 m2) filled with sunlight in the afternoon. There is a large shared terrace, perfect for summer afternoons! The shared kitchen consist of a gas stove, oven, microwave and other appliances. 

The rental price is €807,41 a month, which includes gas, water, electricity and internet. The house is a five minute walk from the station so super easy to commute to Eindhoven.

i.	The application must be complete (your motivation for this property, when you can start renting and how long you would like to rent here)
ii.	Candidates must respond within 48 hours to confirm that they are still interested, if no response is received in time, it will be assumed that there is no interest and the selection procedure will stop. If there is a compelling reason, an exception can be made.
iii.	If there is such a large age difference with the current residents, this may be a reason for rejection, the current residents determine this limit
iv.	Candidates will be invited for a viewing based on the order in which their application was received
v.	Candidates introduce themselves, so that current residents can find out whether sustainable cohabitation is realistic and whether they feel comfortable and safe with this candidate (detailed explanation about who you are, what you find important about living together with others and what others can do expect when they live with you)
vi.	Candidates must respect and agree to the house rules
vii.	Candidates must provide the correct information on time and meet financial obligations
