About the place

Location:
The house is in Helmond (89 m2), close to Eindhoven. By train, Eindhoven Centraal is about 10–15 minutes from Helmond station, which makes it easy to reach TU/e and Fontys.

Room 3 is on the first floor at the front of the house. It is available from 1 December 2026, for 1 student.

The room:
Approx. 15 m², L-shaped
High ceiling, so there’s plenty of space for a loft bed with a desk underneath
White walls and laminate flooring
Two windows on the street side
Rented unfurnished. The current tenant may leave some furniture that you can take over if you like.

Shared facilities:
Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, shared with 1 housemate
Kitchen on the ground floor, shared with 3 housemates
Shared washing machine and dryer
Storage shed behind the house

The house:
A mixed house with 4 residents: currently one student and two young professionals. For this room we’re looking for a student.

Contract:
We offer a campus contract: you can rent the room for as long as you are a student. You’ll need to show proof of enrolment at the start and once a year.

Costs:
Rent: €434.10 per month
Service costs: €110 per month (gas, water, electricity, internet, use of washing machine and dryer). This is an advance payment, settled annually based on actual costs.
Total: €544.10 per month
Deposit: €868

About the photos:
The room is still occupied, so the images are 3D impressions based on the floor plan and the actual dimensions. One shows the room empty and one shows an example layout.
