About the place

Hey,

I am subletting my room from Jan - July 31 2025. The room is very spacious and is close to the city center. Aachen and Maastricht are easily reachable. Water, gas and other amenities are already included in the price. The house also has a garden, ideal for summer barbecues and a garage for storage (such as vespa). Other tenants are students, very friendly, and mostly keep to themselves. Don't hesitate to get in touch with me.
