The tenant is chosen based on the order of registration (first come, first served). 
The candidate is selected based on:
- income requirement (at least twice the monthly rent as gross monthly income excl. holiday pay). If the tenant has no income then a guarantor could guarantee depending on its income.
- if applicable, the rental history (tenant's statement)
