-Rent is 500 euro per month. Advance payment for supplies and utilities 100 euro per month.  Total is 600 euro per month. Final bills of supplies and utilities will be calculated once  a year. 
- 1 month deposit.
-Available from 25th of October

The tenant is chosen based on the order of registration (first come, first served). 
The candidate is selected based on:

- income requirement (at least twice the monthly rent as gross monthly income excl. holiday pay). If the tenant has no income then a guarantor could guarantee depending on its income.

- if applicable, the rental history (tenant's statement)
