About the place

Hi, 
Together with my boyfriend we rent the upper floor. Room is 25m2 and the landing 12m2. The price is all in (internet too). Apartment is renovated and kept clean. (I keep all the shared areas clean) 5min walking distance to a supermarket (Coop) 4min bus stop. The house is 9km from Groningen. 30min by bike. We are looking for someone who is more on his own but we are open to a beer though😁Not a party animal😁 if you want to come and have a look that is no problem either.
