About the place

High and spacious room (35m2) nearby Amsterdam available per 12 February 2025.  The room is meant for one person. 
The big house is located near station Halfweg/Zwanenburg, (less than 10 minutes cycle) which is 5 minutes by train towards Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station, 10 minutes towards Amsterdam Central Station. 
You share two  spacious well equipped kitchens, bathroom with long bathtub and garden with three professional calm people, easy to get along with. As well a lovely cat lives in and around the house, he won't get into your room when you close the door. The rent is €1000 inclusive gas electricity, all taxes, water, WiFi. For cleaning products, toiletpaper and such will be asked €8.00 a month.
Two months deposit.
