Neighborhood
The room is part of a spacious corner house located in the quiet and green Boerhaavewijk. There are no direct neighbors across the street due to the church situated right in front of the house. There is ample (free) parking available directly in front. The Burgemeester Rijnaldapark is just 200 meters away, the Lidl supermarket is 900 meters away, and the covered shopping center FloridaPlein (Schalkwijk) is located 1,500 meters from the house.
Major roads are easily and quickly accessible by car, and Schiphol Airport can be reached within just 20 minutes via the new A9.

Layout
The property was completely renovated from top to bottom in 2015. This is reflected in the excellent rating on the structural inspection report (available upon request).

On the ground floor, immediately to the left upon entering, you’ll find the shared laundry room, equipped with a modern LG 8kg washing machine, as well as space for ironing and folding clothes. To the right of the entrance is the bright, modern kitchen featuring a built-in oven (Whirlpool – 2016), built-in dishwasher (Bosch – 2017), refrigerator-freezer combination, and an additional freezer located in the pantry.

Room specifications
The 22m² room consists of two adjoining spaces — which, in order to maintain a peaceful household, will not be rented out separately. The first room features a large built-in wardrobe. The second room is located directly next to the bathroom. Both rooms can be locked individually. Both are fitted with black blinds, allowing for daytime rest (ideal for shift work, etc.). The bathroom (with bathtub, shower, and toilet) is shared with only one other housemate.

Good to know
The house is fitted with new three-point locks and anti-burglary strips on all doors. Each floor is equipped with smoke detectors and powder fire extinguishers. Rent includes all utilities (gas/water/electricity). A pleasant atmosphere is the top priority in the selection of future residents.
