Quiet and charming studio with huge private balcony on the sunny south side,  completely furnished with own use facilities such as kitchen, toilette and bath, beautiful oak wooden floor and day light from the front and back side. Located at a serene surrounding, 5 minute walking distance to supermarket and 7 minutes by bike to the station.

I value open mind but also place priority to have respect for each other's privacy, hope you're the same :-) keeping an accepted level of hygiene and tidiness to create comfiness at home. If we think alike the studio is available for you as of 1st September'25.
