About the place

Hey!

My 1930s house is within cycling distance of the train station and shops. The living room and kitchen are cozy and nicely decorated, and there’s a wood stove. I also have a front and back garden, with a shed where you can store your bike. There’s a spacious attic for storage or to hang your laundry.

The room is located on the first floor, at the front of the house. It has large windows, so it’s wonderfully bright. The room comes with a bed, a small cabinet, a table, and a TV. If you need additional furniture, we can discuss it, and I’ll see what I can arrange—no guarantees, though :)

Sometimes I’m away for a few days for vacation or work. It would be great if you could feed my cat and give him a bit of attention during those times. He has a cat flap, so there’s no litter box to deal with.

The house is cleaned every two weeks, and the cleaning costs are included in the rent.

I’d appreciate it if you’re comfortable around cats and get along with them well. I also prefer someone who’s tidy.
