Room Available on Parklaan!

Due to the departure of a housemate, a room will soon be available. It is a 20 m² room facing north.

The apartment (approximately 150 m²) features a spacious common living room, a modern shared bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, and there is also a large south-facing roof terrace. The apartment is located in the center of Haarlem, just a 3-minute walk from the train station. Paid parking is also available in the nearby garage.

I am Axel, 25 years old and employed. I am looking for a friendly housemate, preferably no older than 35, who is at the start of their career (no students) and enjoys having dinner and drinks together.

I’m Raul, 21 years old, and I work full-time at NS as a train conductor.I prefer to be in the center of Haarlem at my favorite coffee shop, but you can also find me at the big market. I love independence and being in my own bubble, but I also like to make space for things outside of it.

We are looking for a housemate who is clean and tidy, social but also capable of doing their own thing.

The monthly rent is €755, including utilities. Additionally, there is an income requirement (€2040 per month).

The room will be available from November 1, and possibly earlier, depending on arrangements.
