About the place

The house is situated on the Leidsevaart in Haarlem, within walking distance from the centre and public transport. 

The room is on the first floor on the front side of the house, with a nice view of the water. It has two closed cupboards and a kitchenette with warm and cold water. This room comes with venetian blinds.  

On this floor you will find a toilet and separate shower area, which you will share with two other tenants. 
The public spaces will be cleaned every week, but we ask you to clean after yourself. 

On the ground floor you will find a shared kitchen with gas stove and oven, as well as a washing machine and dryer.

The large garden is also for communal use and has bike racks for your bike. There is a gate entrance you have to use to park your bike in the garden. 

There is no internet connection arranged by the landlord. However, there are tenants that have their own internet subscription and they share it with others. Everyone then will pay their share. 

Your fellow tenants are all working and find it a nice and quiet house to live in.
