  In quiet street located on first floor, nice, sunny room with private kitchenette. Shared shower/toilet. +/- 25 m2, immediately available. (NB: private, no student house) 

Station, parks, beach, dunes all nearby. It is important that you are independent, quiet person, in connection with noisy house, respect privacy of others and respond adequately to questions/communication.
