All necessary furniture present; wardrobe on attic; separate sleeping floor (4.5 m2) accessible via open stairs (vide) there are 2 mattresses + all bedding on loan; shared kitchenette (for 2 tenants) with refrigerator, gas stove, cutlery, kitchen towels and crockery; bathroom. with shower, wash basin + toilet.Also for 2 tenants; NO washing machine! Bed linen is washed for you; clothing etc. obliged to be washed elsewhere; own connection cable TV; Wireless internet included; smoke detector present; Definitely NO 'cozy student house'! For quiet, orderly tenants only, environmentally friendly behavior obligated. Place for bicycle behind the house; 1-month deposit; House owner lives downstairs with own kitchen, bathroom etc. The attic floor is only for the two tenants.
