- Living room, Balcony, shower and toilet to be shared with one male in 40s (myself)

House rules:
- Not allowed:

-- noise after 12 am
- only non-smoker and non-drug people allowed
- cannot bring any kind of Pork meat / Bacon / Ham at home for consumption
- outdoor shoes cannot be wore indoor. have to use slippers/ sandals
- maintain good hygiene. no smelly socks or clothes
