About the place

I have a Bed and Breakfast with a beauty salon  in my house. I am now looking for a temporary tenant (woman) of the attractive cozy 2-room suite with private bathroom, for 1- 3months in the period of  1 February 2024 until 31 May 2025. The Suite is a coffee & teacorner, small refrigerator, TV and combi-microwave, also a Cooker. You can make your light meals in your own room. Plus you are also welcome to use my kitchen for the bigger evening meals.
Prime location, in the popular pentagon, is quiet and the center of Haarlem starts around the corner. Everything within walking distance. 
Concerning the administration; You will receive an invoice for the rent of the Suite of my Bed and Breakfast. Inclusive VAT, and inclusive citytax of €6 per day (€ 180 per mnd) obliged by the local Government Haarlem. 
Also a copy of your ID is requested, prove of income (or payment in advance with B&B confirmation and invoice). Further there will a Houserule contract.
