About the place

- My house is ideally situated on the south edge of the old city centre (perfect for bus connections, shops and entertainment).
- Situated at the back of the house, the room is very quiet.
- It is completely furnished and ready for use.
- It has a stylish kitchen corner with small fridge, combi-microwave/oven.
- Sharing with myself alone the use of the bathroom with bath, shower and washing machine + roof garden
- This room is in my own home and meant for a short term let for student (female) on placement for example.
