About the place

I am looking for a clean and respectful roommate, as one of my current housemates is leaving the apartment and a room will become available from January 15.

About the place:
• The apartment is located in a well-connected residential area, with a bus stop directly in front of the building and fast connections to Haarlem city centre, Amsterdam Zuid, Bijlmer, and Schiphol Airport.
• The room is fully furnished with a 1.5-sized bed, dresser, and additional furniture. A desk will also be added before move-in.
• Registration is possible.
• Rent is €800per month. All included.
• The apartment is shared with two working professionals.
• The apartment is already fully furnished in the common areas, with a large, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with balcony, separate toilet, and bathroom with washing machine.

About me and the household:
I am an Italian working professional in my twenties, and the other housemate is a Filipina working professional. We value a calm, clean, and respectful living environment. We are looking for someone who is also a working professional and who maintains a tidy and considerate shared space.
