This is a very light and nice big room in a house of students. Big floor space, but angled walls. (under the roof) Lots of light and nice views over Velserbroek/Spaarnwoude through big windows.

On the same floor there is a kitchen which is shared with 1 other person. One floor down is the toilet and shower which is shared with 2 other persons.

It's in the north of Haarlem, in a nice neighbourhood with a bus stop right in front of the door, a supermarket at 100 meter and a complete shopping center at 500m.

The rent is completely inclusive, so electricity, water, internet and use of washing machine are all included. No further costs.

Conditions: 1 month deposit upfront. No (big) animals allowed, no smoking allowed inside the house.

The room is available from the beginning of February.
