The rent is completely inclusive, so energy, water, internet and use of washing machine are all included. No further costs.

Het huis is fully sustainable: it doesn't have/use natural gas, it's heated with a heat pump, it has 26 solar panels and has a yearly net energy usage of zero.

Conditions: 1 month deposit upfront. No (big) animals allowed, no smoking allowed inside the house.
