About the place

Looking for a female roommate for a very nice room in Haarlem! Only female international master's students are eligible. The house is in the "Van Zeggelen" neighbourhood. The house has 4 other quiet female tenants. I don't live in the house myself. The bathroom with toilet/shower, a second toilet and the kitchen are shared. It’s a quiet house without a living room and the other tenants generally keep to themselves. The house has good connections with public transport. No smokers / no pets. The rent includes power, water, heating, internet and city taxes. The deposit is equal to 1 month of rent. Room is available for 12 months. Registration is possible.
