Sublet Room in a Cozy, Spacious Student House – Zwanestraat

From May 10th until the end of August, we are looking for a female subtenant for a room in our student house. We live with 12 girls in a close-knit student association house where we spend a lot of time together and enjoy a friendly, open atmosphere.

The room is approximately 14 m², located on the second floor, and is rented unfurnished. However, we do have a desk and a clothing rack available. The rent is €500 per month, all-inclusive (gas, water, electricity, heating, and internet).

The house has a shared kitchen, two bathrooms, and a washing machine. The common areas are cozily decorated with posters and decorations, giving the house a warm and lively feel.

The location is ideal: on Zwanestraat, very central. The supermarket and market are a 1-minute walk away, as well as the university library just behind the house. There are also many nice cafés and restaurants nearby.

As we are an association house, we often eat together. Unfortunately, the subtenant will not be able to join these dinners and will cook independently.
