My room will be available from early July 2026 until the end of January 2027 because I’ll be going on my 3rd year exchange to the USA. Therefore, we’re looking for a fun and easygoing temporary housemate 🙂

The room is:

•⁠  ⁠approximately 14 m²
•⁠  ⁠fully furnished
•⁠  ⁠located at the Wagnersingel in Groningen
•⁠  ⁠rent: €498 including gas, water, electricity and wifi

The room is modern and fully equipped with:

•⁠  ⁠bed + mattress
•⁠  ⁠(sleeping) couch
•⁠  ⁠desk + chair
•⁠  ⁠wardrobe/storage closet
•⁠  ⁠smart TV
•⁠  ⁠mini fridge
•⁠  ⁠private sink
•⁠  ⁠lighting and blackout curtains
•⁠  ⁠plenty of storage space

Thanks to the large windows, the room gets lots of natural light and feels spacious 😊

You’ll be living in a house with 4 guys, but girls are definitely welcome as well. Everyone does their own thing, but there’s always room for a chat, dinner together or a drink. We’re looking for someone who is social, relaxed and reasonably independent.
