Room available for takeover at Proxima Student Housing, Zernikepark 

Hi there! I’m looking for someone to take over my student room at Proxima, located at Zernikepark 25, from April 1st, 2025, as I’ll be moving out. The room is rented through SSH Student Housing, and you will have a contract with them once you take over.

Requirements from SSH for the next tenant:

- Must be enrolled at the University of Groningen (RUG) 
- Must have started a program in September 2024  


The room is part of the Proxima student housing complex, just a 5-minute walk from Zernike Campus and a 7-minute bike ride from the Jumbo grocery store. The Zernike Noord bus stop is right next to the complex.

Contract details:

- Start date: April 1st, 2025  
- End date: July 25th, 2025  
- Monthly rent: €780.53  

The room is brand new, fully furnished, and measures 18m², with a private bathroom.

The complex consists of four buildings, each with shared units featuring a common living room and kitchen. There are also green spaces in the center of the complex with benches and tables, a common laundry room with washers and dryers, and a free bike shed.
