From September 1st to December 31st, 2025, we are renting out a 13 square meter room located on the Westerkade (Central Groningen). You will have access to your own furnished kitchen (including a stove, toaster, kettle, and microwave), a bathroom located on the same floor, and a washing machine.

The room is located on the second floor. The common area downstairs is private for the residents of the lower floor, they have their own bathroom and toilet. You will be sharing the house with 8 other student housemates and a cat.

The room is available from 01-09-2025 to 31-12-2025, making it very suitable for students. Notice period: 3 months.

The photos show the current state of the room. However, it is now furnished differently, with a 1.80m bed, two drawer cabinets, and a clothing rack.
