Introduction:
As of June 1, 2025, three rooms will become available in a spacious house located in the popular Helpman district of Groningen. The house consists of four student rooms in total and is ideal if you're looking for a quiet and comfortable shared living environment.

Surroundings:
Helpman is a peaceful neighborhood in the southern part of Groningen. It offers a pleasant living atmosphere with a mix of shops, sports facilities, and good public transport connections to the city center and the main train station.

Layout:
The house contains four rooms in total. The three available rooms are approximately 10–12 m² each. You will share the house with a maximum of three other housemates. There is a shared kitchen equipped with a stove, fridge with freezer compartment, and an extractor hood. The bathroom and toilet are also shared. Additionally, the house features a spacious garden surrounding the property and a separate, secure bicycle storage.

Parking:
Street parking is available (parking permit required).

Rental Price:
Monthly rent: €450 – €550, including advance payment for gas, water, and electricity (subject to change)
