About the place

As of February 1, 2025, a nice room is available. Given the composition of the residents, preference is given to a man. Three students live in the house and also the homeowner who you can simply see as a fellow resident. We are looking for a social and neat tenant, The house is occupied by students but is certainly not a student house where the crates of beer are stacked up to the ceiling. If you like to act out during your student days, you should definitely NOT respond, if you are a member of Vindicat, you will not feel comfortable here either. The tenants are social men and we respect each other's privacy and are not too lazy at keeping the common areas clean! We have a shared large kitchen with sitting area where you can work and also receive visitors. We do not organize joint activities, but you can always organize something for your other 2 fellow students. If the advertisement appeals to you, you can respond. There is no selection committee, we do not participate in that nonsense.
