About the place

In this spacious upstairs apartment, a room will be available for the months of November and December.

Together with one housemate, you will share a spacious apartment for the months of August and September. There is a spacious room available of 18m2 and the spacious living room of 30m2 and facilities, such as a kitchen, shower and toilet. These can be shared with one person. The apartment can also be rented in its entirety for €1,1000,- incl. per month.

This house/room is explicitly available for the months of November and December. The reason that this house is offered for rent for a certain period is that the house needs to be renovated and then sold. The house is empty for this period and perhaps someone can be helped with this as a bridge.

Special features;
- The house can be rented for 1 or 2 months, but must be returned empty on 1 January.
- Ideal as a bridge to permanent housing
