About the place

Hii!

The room has a private kitchen, but the bathroom/toilet is shared with two other people. The house has a garage you can use to park your bike. There is a washing machine that is also shared with the other two tenants.

The room is mostly unfurnished, although one of the walls has shelves (see pics). There's a wardrobe owned by the previous tenant that you can supposedly get for 30 euros if you're so interested (see last pic) (it will get picked up otherwise), and an office chair you can get for free (also owned by them) (can also be picked up if not interested).

The built-in kitchen has a fridge, microwave, sink, a portable electric stove, and a bunch of cabinets. The room has an additional sink/mirror (separate from the kitchen).

Utilities are not included in the price, and are to be discussed with the other tenants.
