Room for rent with a large shared eat-in kitchen and garden. It is a semi-detached house located in the Helpman/De Wijert residential area. The house features a large shared eat-in kitchen where you can sit and dine; it is equipped with all appliances—such as a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, air fryer, oven, sandwich maker, and various other devices—all available for free shared use. The house is fully stocked with cookware, cutlery, and dinnerware, so you do not need to bring anything else. The eat-in kitchen, toilet, shower, and garden are for shared use. The room comes furnished and clean; please leave it clean upon departure. Rent is €350 per month (including gas, water, electricity, and internet), with a one-time security deposit of €350. We are looking for a young, sociable, and outgoing woman who enjoys a fun game night and likes joining in for meals. We are looking for an international student; various nationalities live here, and everyone is treated equally. If another room becomes available, the tenant may stay longer but would move into the room that opens up.
