About the place

Hi!

We're a friendly international student house of six housemates from Ireland, Russia, the United States, Mexico, Spain and Australia. We live a 6 minute bike from Zernike campus, 15 from the city centre and are well connected to everything you need.

We have a 16m2 room available from the 1st of October, and we are looking for people further along in their studies who are mindful of other housemates. 

You will be living with 5 other students.  As a house, we are easy going and respectful of our housemates. We enjoy barbecuing in the summer, board games, movie nights and chatting around the kitchen table. 

The house has two bathrooms, one with a shower; a fully equipped kitchen, a bicycle shed and a lovely back garden.  We have a washing machine and a dishwasher. 

The rent includes utilities and wifi. The room come furnished and the furniture can be taken over. Minimum contract duration is one year but you are welcome to stay longer.
